Nominating your local hero is easy; simply look at the available categories here, see which suits them best and complete our 'Nomination Form' here.
The Rules
Please read the information under each category for special conditions, i.e. age restrictions
Contact details must be provided for each of your nominees in order for us to contact them to continue to the voting stage
We will need a full description (limited to 120 words) as to why they deserve to win - in the event that a nomination is inaccurate or incomplete, does not comply with these conditions for entry or is deemed ineligible for any other reason, then the relevant nominee will be disqualified
You can nominate as many people in as many categories as you wish.
Further information may be requested at any stage throughout the nomination/voting process - failure to supply the information will disqualify your nomination from continuing.
Entries received after the closing date will not count.
