Huddersfield Town’s Ticket Office has been nominated for a prize at the 2019 Yorkshire Choice Awards.
The Yorkshire Choice Awards is a ceremony that celebrates the achievements made by inspiring individuals and businesses across the County.
Winners are chosen via a public vote with prizes given at the awards ceremony held on Saturday 6 April 2019 at the Centenary Pavilion at Elland Road.
The Huddersfield Town Ticket Office has been commended for its diligence, hard-work and personable approach by supporters and has since been nominated for the Customer Service prize.
The Ticket Office department is spearheaded by Ticket Office Manager, Sue Beaumont, who has held her position at the Club for over 25 years.
In 2018, Sue won the Unsung Hero prize at the 2018 Ticketing Business Awards and her claim to fame is being the only Ticket Office Manager who will ever sell Play-Off Final tickets for games at four different venues – Old Wembley, Millennium Stadium, Old Trafford and New Wembley!
The Ticket Office Team is well-known for making life as easy as possible for those getting their hands-on tickets. The Club has also recently frozen the prices Season Cards for 2019/20 season. You can find out more by clicking HERE.
The Terriers’ themselves have also been nominated for Sporting Achievement award, which they won last season. The nomination came as David Wagner’s side defied the odds during the 2017/18 season to remain in the Premier League.
