In 5 years she has created support for over 2,000 start ups and given 8,000 hours back with 50 extended projects for start ups or community and charity projects.

Last year Alison couldn’t even get out of bed, but she pushed herself to help the homeless. Over the last 12 months, Alison and her volunteers have become a registered charity and so many homeless and vulnerable people have been helped and all because she wouldn’t give up.

One week before his 6th birthday, Richard’s mother became the first victim of Peter Sutcliffe, the Yorkshire Ripper. As you can imagine his life went on a downward spiral. Turning his life around, Richard has now delivered thousands of presentations around the world inspiring audiences with his story of overcoming adversity and sharing his powerful iCan approach.

Ann has raised over £266,500 for Cancer Research UK over the past 17 years. Organisers of the Wetherby Park Fun Run and Wetherby Cycle Ride, she is out in all weathers to ensure these events were successful year on year.

Sporting Achievement of the Year 2016
Leeds Rhinos
The Rhinos became only the third club in the Super League era to lift all three major trophies in one season after following up their Challenge Cup triumph by taking out the League Leaders’ Shield and then winning the grand final. It just shows what teamwork can achieve.
